It was one of the best all around. We loved the older guy that was cleaning stuff up at the dinning aera he was the nail for your place he's the reason I will return the way he reacted to us and treated us as we were leaving made it a great day.that being said ty to him

The staff was attentive & pleasant, providing excellent customer support. The hotel has some good upgrades, rooms are big & very clean. Free breakfast is great, lunch at the cafe was really good (I had turkey & pesto on sourdough bread with parmesan fries on the side) & there were lovely wine options. Gym has key essentials for a good workout. Pool is small, but still met my needs of soaking up a little sun. Hotel has All the amenities & is close to the airport. Thanks for the free shuttle ride! I would highly recommend!

I read the great hotel reviews and made the choice to reserve our rooms. The reviews were 100% true! Modern lobby with a beautiful fireplace plus a free coffee and tea bar available 24 hrs. Wonderful friendly staff! Our rooms were very spacious and clean! The hot breakfast was flavorful and varied the 3 days of our stay. The grounds of the hotel was clean, bright and we felt secure; there was even a place for our dog to go do her business! Oh yeah! transportation to local shops and airport!

Good breakfast, close to the airport, providing airport shuttle, all staff except one were very friendly and courteous. It is apparently an old hotel of which rooms need renovation. The price was reasonable though. Overall it isn’t bad to stay for a night after a 20-hour plane ride.

The staff were wonderful. Helpful, kind, and efficient. The breakfast was just what we needed each morning to get going. And for my boyfriend, who drinks espresso, it was especially nice to have that available there. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Jacksonville.

The bed (king) and sofa bed (full) are comfortable. The shower is stocked with nice smelling and healthy cleaning products (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner)There is a microwave and large screen t.v. A sitting area and desk with a comfortable chair to work from. Full breakfast comes with the stay and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of tasty food items (eggs (scrambled and boiled), sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, variety of cold cereals, toast, bagels, juice, tea, coffee) and comfortable sitting areas (inside and on patio). The hotel is very near the expressway to take you wherever you need to go (north or south). There is a swimming pool and small gym on-site. The gym has a scale, treadmills, free weights and other equipment as well as complimentsry earbuds to listen to music while you workout if you don't have your own. The seating areas poolside are nice...some innshade and others in full sun.

The staff members were all friendly and professional. The breakfast room staff especially worked hard to keep the buffet area clean and well supplied with food and drinks, while being friendly. Can't say enough good things about their performance each morning! We stayed in a King room with couch and kitchen/bar area. This was very handy for us as we stayed 3 nights. The large TV on a swivel was perfect for viewing from the bed or the couch.
